"While Maxim Fedotov presented a very expressive performance of Bruch's First Violin Concerto, it could stand comparison with any of the interpretations of the high-profile in the directory... Fedotov plays all three works with the typical Russian school of intensity, with a broad and powerful vibrato that brings warmth in the central part of the Concert. He balanced a certain dynamism, and, fortunately, in opposition to it,which has become common now,a surge in the final part, and reprises were played with impeccable intonation."
