"Russian Paganini" was at his best

"Russian Paganini", so called Fedotov European press was in shock and the hall, ignoring radio friendly reminder that "between parts of the applause is not accepted," broke down and gave a standing ovation Maestro in a tiny gap between the first allegro and andante.
